Minor injuries are unfortunately as much a part of Hard Enduro as sausages are part of beer. In the event of an injury, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo has one of the most effective rescue chains in the entire scene. More than 100 rescue personnel are on site, with helicopters, rescue vehicles, and a dedicated rescue center in the arena.
For Red Bull Erzbergrodeo participants, first aid is included in the entry fee. Please purchase additional insurance to cover additional rescue costs. More information can be found at www.redbullerzbergrodeo.com
Our medical staff is also available around the clock for all visitors and accompanying persons. At the emergency center in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena, minor and major injuries are usually treated immediately. And if you need a dentist or even a midwife, our paramedics are on hand to provide advice and assistance.
YES AND NO. There are hardly any restrictions for private use. If you want to take photos or videos for professional purposes, you need the organizer's permission. All information about photographer regulations and media rights can be found at www.redbullerzbergrodeo.com
YES. Of course, the live experience is hard to replace—but if you're lazy or injured, grab a cold beer and enjoy the live broadcasts of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo on ServusTV and Red Bull TV from your couch!
Depending on your arrival time, traffic jams are inevitable, and unfortunately, even with our own traffic management system, our tireless staff can't prevent them. Therefore, arriving early is recommended! If you don't want to miss the start of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and the legendary supporting program beforehand, be sure to plan your arrival at Erzberg by 10:00 a.m. at the latest!

We strongly recommend sturdy shoes, rain or weather gear, and a hat (sun protection). If you've forgotten any of these items, we recommend the official Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Merchandise Shop in the arena – here you'll find everything you need for a stylish appearance!
YES. We offer restroom facilities for our visitors in the paddocks, visitor zones, and, of course, in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena. However, since the walk to the nearest restroom can sometimes be a bit longer, it's worth planning ahead!
Quite so – after all, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo is a unique dirt bike festival with the highest party potential. However, there's a limit to everything, and our friendly but relentless security staff ensure that these limits are respected.
The Red Bull Erzbergrodeo offers all visitors a free shuttle bus service to get around the event grounds. The shuttle bus lines run from the visitor parking lot, past the paddocks, to the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena. On Sunday, additional bus lines connect the arena with the visitor zones along the race track.
IMPORTANT: There is a general ban on motorcycles in the entire area!
YES. The Red Bull Erzbergrodeo OVERNIGHT PADDOCK offers camping options for visitors directly at the Erzberg grounds. Tickets are available on-site at the box office.
Not at all, because you're only allowed to move within the secured visitor zones. However, you're in an active mining area at over 1,000 meters above sea level. Sturdy shoes and weatherproof clothing are an absolute MUST for a visit to the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo!
YES. In the free Red Bull Erzbergrodeo program booklet, you'll find almost 200 pages of ALL the information about the event. You'll also find maps of the event grounds in the VIP lounge, at the info point, and in front of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo festival tent.
In principle, YES. Off-road athletes aren't fairy-tale princes, and enduro racing is possible in any weather. However, in severe thunderstorms, races may be interrupted or canceled for safety reasons. Information about this can be found at the INFO POINT or via announcements from the event moderator.

The official part of the evening (driver briefing, award ceremonies, etc.) usually begins at 8:00 p.m. in the festival tent or immediately after the end of the last side event.
YES. A helicopter flight over the Erzberg area is a very special, unforgettable experience. You can purchase tickets directly on site.

NO. There is a general ban on motorcycles and cars on the entire site. Therefore, the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo offers a free shuttle bus service that takes you from the arena to the visitor zones on the mountain. You can also reach the visitor zones by bicycle, mountain bike, or e-MTB.
There are food stands in most visitor zones offering cool drinks and culinary refreshments. However, it's still recommended to carry a bottle of water with you at all times!
YES. There are several visitor zones along the approximately 35-kilometer race track, which you can easily reach with the shuttle bus service. Experiencing the start of the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Live will be a highlight of your life!

NO. As a Red Bull Erzbergrodeo participant, you usually work on your bike yourself or bring your own mechanic. However, in serious emergencies, we recommend a visit to KTM BRAUMANDL in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena – the guys are skilled mechanics, carry the most common spare parts, and are happy to help if time permits.
YES. Our partner MITAS MOTO offers a tire service directly in the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Arena, where you can purchase the latest MITAS tire models and have them installed right away.
Ideally, it would be 1 second after the end of the race! However, since we monitor the results very closely and there is also a deadline for appeals, it will take until the evening. As soon as race control gives approval, the results will be posted online immediately and published on all Red Bull Erzbergrodeo channels.
Super fast, because the fastest off-roaders from all continents will be competing at the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo Prologue.

The training area is available to all registered participants on-site. Here, you can practice the challenging steep slopes in the starting area at set times.
